HOW DOES IT WORK
Let's have a chat together and decide which dishes and which flavors we want to focus on for your plant-based event, whether it's lunch, dinner, brunch or birthday. Then I submit a complete vegan menu designed specifically for your event, agreeing with the participants on any intolerances and / or allergies.
APPOINTMENT
We agree an appointment to carry out an inspection and verify the presence of the material necessary for the service.
SHOPPING AND COOKING
I buy raw materials from the best suppliers, then I make the dishes and serve on the table, always guaranteeing an efficient (and friendly!) Service.
CLEANING
I finish the job by rearranging and thoroughly cleaning the kitchen and the materials used, with the utmost respect for space and relaxation.
DRINKS
I'll be happy to provide a bevarage recommendation best suited to the agreed-upon menu.
COME FUNZIONA
Facciamo una chiacchierata insieme e decidiamo quali piatti e su quali sapori vogliamo focalizzarci per il vostro evento, che sia pranzo, cena, brunch o compleanno. Dopodiché sottopongo un menù completo pensato ad hoc per il vostro evento, accordandomi con i partecipanti su eventuali intolleranze e/o allergie.
APPUNTAMENTO
Concordiamo un appuntamento per effettuare un sopralluogo e verificare la presenza del materiale necessario al servizio.
SPESA E CUCINA
Acquisto le materie prime dai migliori fornitori, poi realizzo i piatti e servo in tavola garantendo sempre un servizio efficiente (e simpatico!).
PULIZIA
Concludo il lavoro riordinando e ripulendo a fondo cucina e materiali utilizzati, nel massimo rispetto di spazi e relax.
